Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. This enables you to stay informed about the status of your delivery and plan accordingly.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

All orders are shipped via DHL.

Processing Times

We aim to ship goods within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment for your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Important Note: If all the products are in stock, the order will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. If it is not in stock, processing the wholesale order will take between 1 and 2 weeks.

Delivery with DHL: Once processed, DHL will deliver your order within 2 to 4 days.
